When will my order arrive?
Each item has it’s own turnaround time listed in the product details, but in general personalized items go out within 5 weeks and non-personalized items will ship within 1-2 weeks. (We also offer extended turnaround options which include FREE shipping).
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but please assume your items will ship towards the end of the turnaround time.
Everything goes out USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified and can take an additional 3-10 days to arrive (domestic orders only).
How do I care for my items?
Machine wash your organic fabrics with phosphate-free detergent in cold water using a gentle or delicate cycle.
Air dry when possible or use a cool delicate cycle on your machine.
Using heat to dry will result in shrinking.
We love (and sell) Rockin’ Green detergent to wash Atkinson Drive fabrics with.
Will my items fade?
Most of our fabrics are printed using water-based inks and dyes; this is great for your babe because we don’t use chemicals … but some fading will occur.
If you care for your Atkinson Drive items with the instructions included in your package, fading and shrinking should be minimal.
**Please note, dark inks are most impacted.
Do sizes run small?
Our clothing tends to run pretty true to size. However, when you’re unsure, please size up due to the amount of shrinking that is expected with organic cotton.
The processing time also needs to be taken into consideration.

Can I return or exchange my items?
Since it was made just for you – no personalized items can be refunded or exchanged. However, a ready to ship item can be returned if the original is un-worn, un-washed, and un-damaged.
There is a $3 restocking fee on all returned items, and shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Since we get working as soon as your payment is processed, personalized items may be cancelled at no cost within 12 hours (for rush shipping) or 24 hours (for standard shipping). If your design has been made, you will receive a refund minus the $15 design fee.
Unfortunately if custom fabric has already been printed, we are unable to refund personalized items in any way.
Non-personalized items must be cancelled within three days, or before the order has been shipped (whichever is sooner).
Do you make custom products?
We love to hear your Atkinson Drive product ideas! Often we can accommodate custom order requests for bedding, nursery, and clothing items … so send us a message above and we can talk.
Oops - I made a mistake! How can I fix it?
To help lower turnaround time, we start designing your item as soon as the payment is processed. Because we know everyone makes mistakes (or changes their mind), we offer a 12 or 24 hour period (for rush and standard orders respectively) where you can make a simple change to your order.

Can you rush my order?
We do offer rush processing on our personalized items. The options are available as shipping upgrades at checkout!
Currently we don’t have rush availability for our non-personalized items. But, feel free to message us (using the form above) to see if we can accommodate a faster turnaround.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Occasionally we have a fun sale, and if you’re a follower on social media or through our newsletter you’ll be notified when we do!
For every domestic purchase made, we offer a FREE shipping option as well. This will extend turnaround times by approximately a week, but the option allows your order to ship via First Class mail completely free.
